Package Validity

• All packages must be scheduled and completed within 12 months from the purchase date.
• Any unused or unscheduled sessions after 12 months will expire with no refund.

Package cancellations policy

• Before starting the package: A 25% processing/cancellation fee applies.
• After the first class: A 40% cancellation fee and processing fee applies to the remaining package.
• Package refunds are not available for , unless otherwise stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Lesson Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

• All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lessons to be eligible for any refund after imposing 25% of service fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable at all, with no exceptions.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
